Management Team

Akinwale Ojo is an experienced professional in the built environment with over twenty-five years proven national and international experience in Real Estate Development, Mortgages and Public Sector Policies Formulation and Implementation in Land Administration and Management, Urban and Regional Planning. Holds the Ogun State Polytechnic Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, B.Sc. (Honours) in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Master’s of Science Degree in Housing Development and Management (Pioneer set) of the University of Ibadan, MBA of the University of Ado-Ekiti and Post Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning of the Nigeria Institute of Town Planners and Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (NITP/TOPREC).
He is a graduate of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors Programme of the College of Estate Management, University of Reading, United Kingdom.
He is a Registered Town Planner, A Certified mediator and Associate of The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria. He is also a Certified Mortgage Advisor licensed by the Institute of Financial Services, United Kingdom to advice on Mortgages and Financial products.
Wale Ojo is a certified PRINCE 2 project Management Practitioner, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom: Member Royal Institution of Chattered Surveyors United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

Jacob Olusesan OGUNSILE holds a higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. He is an Associate Charted Accountant of the Nigerian Institute of Charted Accountants and an Associate of the Charted Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He had worked with Ibrahim Jimoh & Co as deputy manager, IAL Nigeria Limited as Senior Accountant and Spring Bank Plc. as an Assistant Manager. He is currently the Acting Director of Finance in the Corporation.

Olaleye Nafiu Akanji

Caleb Adetola AGBAKOSI is a holder of B.Sc. Economics of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria, he has worked with Trade Wings Nigeria Limited and Royal Consult Nigeria Limited, and he is currently the Senior Administrative officer in the Corporation.

Johnson Olasoji OGUNLEYE holds a B.Sc. in Building from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a corporate member of Nigerian Institute of Building, a Registered Builder by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON); a former PRO Nigeria Institute of Building, Ogun State Chapter. Ogunleye had worked with Beachland Resources Limited and Qualitect Roofing Products Ltd both in Lagos; He is the current acting Head of Building Division of the Corporation.

Survey Division

Abiodun Akinola ADENOTE holds a Bsc in Surveying and Geo-informatics from the University of Lagos,  Akoka, he is a member of Nigeria institute of surveyors and a registered land surveyor with surveyor council of Nigeria(SURCON). He currently heads the survey division of the Corporation.
