Ibara Estate, Abeokuta is situated in the heart of Abeokuta. It is one of the Estates inherited from the defunct Western Nigeria Housing Corporation. The Corporation, in taking advantage of this kind gesture has completed the construction of 60 Units of 4-Bedroom Shell Houses in the Estate, for sale to interested members of the public. There is provision for additional 100 Units. The Estate is serene, beautiful and peaceful.

This Estate is located close to the border between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Benin Republic. The Estate is designed for Residential purposes and is sited on a land area of 113.294 hectares. Here, the Corporation has commenced the construction of 2 Bedroom detached Bungalows for sale to interested members of the public. There are lots of business and commercial activities thriving in this area. The Estate is an attraction for commercially oriented and business minded people.

This is one of the oldest estates of the Corporation in the State. It is located along old Ilaro road, Abeokuta with adequate infrastructure. The Estate is located in a quiet and serene environment.

The Estate is situated at Olokuta village and is sitted on a land area of 53.363 hectares. This Estate has been designated for the Presidential Mandate Scheme in Abeokuta. There are presently 40 units of 2 & 3 Bedroom Detached Brick Bungalows on ground with a 33KVA transformer provided by the Corporation. The second phase of 30 units of 2 & 3 Bedroom Brick Bungalows has commenced, a total of 100 units of the scheme are to be built in Abeokuta.

This is the second Estate inherited from the defunct Western Nigerian Housing Corporation at the creation of the State in 1976 and it is situated within the Ijebu-Ode Township on a land Area of 5.84 hectare. It is one of the prime estates in Ogun State. The estate is fully developed.

This is a rapidly developing residential estate along the newly dualized, Abeokuta – Shagamu Expressway, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta. The Neighborhood consists of Laderin Worker’s Estate, Obasanjo Hilltop Estate and the Residential Mandate Estate. It is sited on 54,558 hectares of land. The topography is gentle which encourages development. This is also one of the Corporation’s prime estates in Ijebu-ode. it is sited on a land area of 341.20 Hectares. The Estate was established for both Industrial and Residential purposes.

This Estate is for both Residential and Industrial purposes. The main avenue of the Estate separates the Residential Estate which is on the left and the Industrial on the right as one enters the Estate. The Estate is along Idiroko, Ota and about 10km to Lagos. This estate is one of the investment destinations in Ogun State with the presence of different manufacturing companies producing high-quality goods for internal consumption and for Export. The companies operate in the conducive environment with the availability of a natural gas line for industrial use. The Corporation has completed more than 60 shell houses on the residential side of the Estate to attend to housing needs of the Industries and general public.

The Estate is situated along Lagos/Abeokuta Express Way. The Estate is suitable for industrialists seeking to site their Companies in Abeokuta. There are many manufacturing companies in the Estate e.g Midland Galvanising Company, Porcelain Ware Company, Arco Foam, Architectural Products, Gateway Cement Company etc.

The Estate whose land area is 63.378 hectares is situated in the University Township of Ago-Iwoye. Considering the student population which has led to shortage of houses in area, the Corporation is making use of this opportunity to construct Core Houses in the Estate to boost the housing stock in the town and ameliorate the suffering of the student population.

This Estate is for both Industrial and Residential purposes and it is located in Ijebu Area. The corporation is to commence the construction of Core Housing units for low income earners in this estate. The houses will be sold to interested members of the public.

Occupying a landed area approximately 144.37 hectares, Odeda Estates situates directly along the Abeokuta-Ibadan Road, Odeda. It is an Estate planned for both Residential and Industrial purposes.
