In a bid to keep staff abreast on the latest development in the housing sector, Ogun State Housing Corporation has organized an in house refresher training for the middle level management staff, drivers and watchmen cadre. The training was held at the corporation’s resource centre.
The General Manager, Esv. Wale Ojo explained that the training was in furtherance of the corporation’s commitment to genuinely improve the middle level management staff capacity for efficient service delivery.
Esv. Ojo who gave the assurance that the training would cut across all cadres said the corporation remained determined to deliver more affordable housing this year as a solution to the huge challenge in a fast growing economy like Ogun state where potential investors have expressed willingness to open business almost on a daily basis courtesy of an enabling environment and friendly policies of Prince Dapo Abiodun led administration.
Declaring the training open, the Chairman Board standing committee on staff welfare matters Prince Adeniyi Edun enjoined the staff to embrace the training adding that it would enhance their productivity.
The lead facilitator Alhaji Adekunle Adegbite reiterated the committee of the corporations effort in mitigating housing deficiency in Ogun state through provision of affordable housing.
